Of course, the title grabbed me--Matzo Ball Gumbo???
Being Jewish and living in the (rural) south for 24 years (2007),
I sometimes feel culinarily isolated--I had to have this book.
Published in the fall of 2005, "Matzoh Ball Gumbo" made me much
more comfortable about being Jewish and living in the south.
The author takes you on a historical culinary journey.
And yes, there is a recipe for Matzo Ball Gumbo.
