French Pear Bread

I thought the pepper didn't sound very appetizing, I substituted nutmeg.

(20 slices)
¾ cup mashed canned pears
¼ cup water
1 tablespoon honey
1 egg
3 cups bread flour
¾ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon active dry yeast or bread machine yeast

2-pound loaf
(27 slices)
1 cup mashed canned pears
1/3 cup water
4 teaspoons honey
1 egg
4 cups bread flour
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1¼ teaspoons active dry yeast or bread machine yeast

Select the loaf size.
Add the ingredients to the machine according to the manufacturer's directions.
Select the basic white bread cycle.
