Mimi's Honey White Bread

This is a recipe I added to and revised...it is a high riser.
This is our favorite white bread.

1 cup water, at room temperature
3 tablespoons butter, unsalted, melted
(No substitutions, the butter makes this bread!)
2 tablespoons honey
3 cups bread flour
1/4 cup powdered milk
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon vitamin C powder (fruit fresh)
3/4 teaspoon ginger
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Assemble ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine manual.
Select basic cycle. Makes 1 1/2 pound loaf.

Variation: Honey Wheat--You can substitute 1/2 of the bread flour with
"Gold Medal® Better for Bread Wheat Blend" flour.
