My friend, Vickie, sent me some flax seeds and asked
if I had any bread machine recipes using them.
This is one of the many I have found and tried.
It was surprisingly light and has a nice texture.

1½ Pound Loaf
1¼ cup water
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons honey
1 1/8 teaspoons salt
2 cups bread flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
(I used Gold Medal® Better for Bread Wheat Blend flour)
3 tablespoons flax seeds, ground
2 tablespoons sesame seeds, ground
(I grind the flax seeds and sesame seeds up in a small
electric
spice/coffee mill. A coarse, mealy texture is fine.)
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Assemble ingredients in bread machine pan
according to manufacturer's
recommendations.
Basic cycle, light crust.
